Delete your account
and associated data.

You can request permanent deletion of your geoReal Tools (geoRealTools) account and its associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app, sign in to this website, or pay a fee.

Send your request

Email abdallajava@gmail.com with the subject geoReal Tools account deletion.
Send it from your registered account email if possible and tell us which account to delete. If you cannot access that email, explain this so we can arrange another reasonable ownership check. Never send your password, sign-in tokens, or payment-card details.
We verify ownership, process the deletion, and email confirmation. Requests are handled manually by the developer. Our target is completion within 30 days of verification, or sooner where required by law. If a legally permitted extension is needed, we explain why and when to expect completion.

If your email app does not open, copy abdallajava@gmail.com into your preferred email service. You may also request deletion of support messages or other particular personal data without closing your account.

What is deleted

We delete the Firebase Authentication account and profile, including its email, display name, provider links, and authentication record, and the associated account, access, purchase-association, and support data in systems we control and service providers processing on our behalf. This is permanent account deletion, rather than suspension or freezing.

Limited retention exceptions

We retain only records necessary for a specific legal obligation, unresolved payment dispute, or documented security/fraud-prevention purpose. If this applies, our reply identifies the information, reason, and applicable retention period. We delete retained information when that purpose ends. Technical logs and backups controlled by service providers follow their applicable retention and deletion processes. See the Privacy Policy retention section.

Files, subscriptions, and other accounts

Deletion ends access linked to the app account. The current app does not keep cloud copies of your drawings. Exported images, device preferences, and copies shared with others must be removed through your device or the destination. Deleting this app account does not delete your Google account or Google’s independent store records.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future annual renewals, use Google Play subscriptions. You can submit a deletion request regardless of whether you have cancelled. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete the account.
